Lost Tribe Organizational Values
JEWISH AND PROUD
We are grounded in Jewish values, openly celebrate Jewish pride, and embrace Israel and Israelis as core to our community. We attract young Jews from all over the world and with every kind of Jewish identity, and pursue clear Jewish outcomes with intentionality.
COOL NOT CRINGE
We love what we do, and the fun we have doing it is contagious. Our activities and content are relevant and high quality because teens are here by choice, choose us out of a crowded marketplace, and vote with their feet. We earn engagement every day.
INNOVATION IN ACTION
We anticipate a rapidly-changing world and remove barriers to constantly try new things. Embracing curiosity and driven by data, we challenge the status quo.
CELEBRATE AUTHENTICITY AND INDIVIDUALITY
We value each team and community member’s unique traits, and create spaces where individuals can feel safe and comfortable to be themselves. We believe everyone’s particular contributions strengthen our relationships to each other and to our work.
INTERGENERATIONAL TRUST
Success in an evolving world needs the strengths of every generation working together to meet new challenges with authenticity, energy, and insight. At Lost Tribe, we thrive when we hear each other and make decisions with trust and mutual respect.
