TikTok Intern

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Lost Tribe is looking for a driven intern that is deeply passionate and interested in short-form video content. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the TikTok landscape and can help us grow our following of disaffiliated Jewish teens by assisting with posting schedules and creating innovative content that will resonate with Gen Z.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the creation and execution of a TikTok content calendar
  • Correspond with creators to ensure the content schedule is maintained
  • Stay up to date and recommend trends to be used by creators
  • Aid in the creation and execution of new TikTok series
  • Identify and suggest creators that should join the Lost Tribe Creator Network
  • Be an active member of the Lost Tribe Discord community, interacting with staff and community members.

Qualifications

  • Deep and current knowledge of the TikTok landscape. 
  • Other short-form video platform knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Jewish organizations or the Jewish community is a plus.
  • Video editing experience is a plus

Social Media/Online Engagement Intern

Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Internship

Position Overview:

Lost Tribe is looking to add a Social Media Intern to the team. This intern will work with the Director of Communications and Digital Marketing to assist in content creation and engagement. 

Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with social media and online trends culminating in short weekly Pop Culture Reports
  • Assist in sourcing and creating content for the Lost Tribe Brand
  • Clip recent livestreams to be sent to a video editor for repurposed content
  • Engage with Lost Tribe’s online communities and platforms through comments, replies, the Lost Tribe Discord platform, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Attend one weekly meeting as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and up-to-date on pop culture trends
  • Experience working with Jewish organizations or Jewish community a plus
  • Should be self-motivated, reliable, creative, organized, and driven

Business Development Intern

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100 stipend per month

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Internship

Required Work Hours: 10 hours/month

Position Overview:

Lost Tribe (Lost Tribe) is looking to add a Business Development Intern to the team. The role calls for someone to maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform including creating automations and reports with the platform to increase department productivity. In this role, actively participate in our partner communications and sales cycles. The intern selected will gain work experience in a fast paced learning environment with a hardworking team by their side. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Automation updates and initiation in CRM
  • Participation in sales cycle including partner communications, tracking, meetings and analytics
  • New lead generation
  • Be an active member of the Lost Tribe Discord community, interacting with staff and community members 
  • Participate in one department meeting each week
  • Participate in one full intern meeting every month
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of or experience with Jewish community organizations
  • Comfortable interacting with external parties/partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects at once
  • Sales experience a plus
