New Staff to Lead Focus on the Content Creator Network

Lost Tribe, an organization focused on strengthening Jewish identity among teens through gaming, content, and new media, has hired Reagan Anthony as a Content and Strategy Associate. She will be instrumental in continuing to grow Lost Tribe’s social media and Content Creator Network.

Reagan Anthony, who is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, recently graduated from Tulane University, where she studied Communications and Political Science. Reagan formerly interned for The Betches Sup and the Cleveland Jewish News. She also has been extremely active in the Cleveland Jewish community, Reagan spent 13 summers at Camp Wise in Cleveland, 3 of which she worked as a staff member. Additionally, Reagan was involved with BBYO and the Jewish Federation in high school.

Before joining the Lost Tribe team full time, Reagan was a social media intern and a member of the Content Creator Network. She currently is a TikTok creator, with over 30,000 followers. Here are some of Reagan’s top videos: ‘Camp Counselors on Visiting Day,’ ‘Getting Ready for Fraternity Events,’ and ‘POV: You Go To the Camp Office.’

Using content to form communities has always been a driving goal of mine. Creating videos and writing about my life experiences – especially those in the Jewish community – has led me to make great connections with my followers and other creators I have met on TikTok and other platforms,” says Reagan Anthony. “This is why I am so passionate about Lost Tribe. The commitment to bringing disaffiliated Jewish teens into our community through content and other forms of media directly connects to my own values.”

Lost Tribe has a robust, active, and world-wide following on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and will only continue to grow. As part of Reagan’s commitment to reaching Jewish young adults through media, she will be launching her podcast, Bad Advice with Reagan Anthony, in July. The show will focus on growing up in your college years and early twenties and adjusting to adulthood.

Lost Tribe’s Director of Content & Strategy, Andrew Exler, played a vital role in the addition of hiring Reagan. When we launched the Lost Tribe Content Creator Network in March 2021, we knew we wanted to identify top Jewish talent who were independently creating great content in the world. As Jewish geography would have it, my fiance is a former staff member from Camp Wise in Cleveland and was coincidentally Reagan’s camp counselor in the past. She introduced me to Reagan on TikTok and I knew we needed to find a way to add Reagan to our team. Within a week, we brought Reagan on to our team as a Content Creator and intern, before ultimately hiring her to join the Content & Strategy team after her graduation in June 2021. We haven’t looked back.

Lost Tribe’s priority remains reaching the 80% of Jewish teens who become disaffiliated with the community following their Bar or Bat Mitzvah. Growing and focusing on the Content Creator Network will provide new opportunities to reach teens and young adults.
