Minecraft
WITH THE TRIBE!

Join us in visiting VIRTUAL Israel locations!

Lost Tribe continues to expand its innovative approach to Jewish connection and learning through gaming, leveraging the immersive world of Minecraft to connect young Jews across the globe. For years, we engaged children ages 8+ with Jewish educational curricula on Minecraft, including our program on The Jewish Education Project’s former Truvie platform. More recently we have concentrated on new Minecraft initiatives that have flourished, growing significantly in 2024.

Each month, hundreds of players—more than half from Israel—participate in dynamic, social, and collaborative gameplay alongside North American and other diaspora Jewish youth. Our in-house team designs custom Minecraft experiences that bring Jewish history, culture, and identity to life through engaging activities tied to Jewish holidays, Israeli locations, and Jewish heritage.

Interested in joining our vibrant community? We welcome players of all skill levels and backgrounds who share a passion for Minecraft and a desire to connect with Jewish peers worldwide. Our servers offer a safe and inclusive environment where you can explore, create, and learn together.

Don't miss out on the fun! Discover the exciting world of Lost Tribe Minecraft and embark on a unique journey of Jewish discovery and friendship.

Minecraft SMP
(Social Multi-Player Server)

As part of our free community Minecraft server, players can build together, collect resources, and visit cool Jewish places like a player-made virtual Kibbutz! We also have fun experiences centered around Jewish holidays and Israeli landmarks players can visit in-game.

Minecraft SMP normally stands for survival multiplayer, and it's a popular way to play Minecraft with other people. In our SMP, players gather resources, build things, and explore the game's world together in a hyper-social environment, thus the name Social Multi-Player Server.

How it works

  • Our SMP servers can support hundreds of players

  • SMP is a pure version of Minecraft's gameplay mechanics

  • It's a great way to play with friends and be creative - in Lost Tribe’s case, Jewish people aged 10+ from Israel, North America, and the rest of the world are meeting in a safe, secure, Jewish environment

  • SMP servers combine the excitement of survival mode with the social aspects of multiplayer

Minecraft Campaigns

At the start of 2025, Lost Tribe introduced a “Campaigns” play mode which are 20-40 minute playable stories that combine fun gameplay, problem-solving, and a uniquely Jewish and/or Israel interactive experience. We’ve launched two Campaigns in January and intend on launching new ones every 2 weeks. These can be completed solo or in a group of up to four players.

Campaigns Already Launched

  • Long Lasting Oil: A Hanukkah-themed adventure that takes players through the Kotel Tunnels and puts them in a battle against Minecraft monsters to reclaim Beit Hamikdash.

  • Homesick Travels: A friend of yours can’t travel to Israel and wants you to go in their place! You must visit and play minigames at the Tel Aviv Namal, the Shuk, and Ben Gurion Airport!

If you’re having technical difficulties with your Minecraft, we suggest you take a look at the Support page on Minecraft’s website. If you’re having issues with the Lost Tribe Server itself, please reach out to us on our Discord.
